Primary Purpose

To engage in the research, development, manufacture, and distribution of organic and bio-enhanced fertilizers, soil conditioners, biostimulants, and natural pest management products designed to improve soil fertility, plant health, and sustainable productivity of high-value crops, forest trees, and aromatic species including Aquilaria malaccensis(Agarwood), sandalwood, ylang-ylang, cinnamon, nutmeg, and other perfumery and medicinal plants.

The Corporation shall employ eco-friendly and biotechnology-based processes utilizing composted agricultural wastes, beneficial microorganisms, minerals, and plant-based bioactives to produce certified organic inputs that enhance soil biodiversity, reduce chemical dependency, and promote regenerative farming systems.

SECONDARY PURPOSES:

  1. To conduct and support scientific research, field trials, and product innovation in collaboration with universities, research institutions, and farmer cooperatives for the continuous improvement of organic fertilizer technologies and cultivation systems.
  2. To trade, import, export, wholesale, or retail organic and biofertilizer products, raw materials, agricultural inoculants, and related farm inputs both locally and internationally.
  3. To establish and operate organic fertilizer production facilities, composting centers, and microbial culture laboratories for the sustainable manufacture of biofertilizers and biocontrol agents.
  4. To provide technical assistance, extension services, and farmer training programs on soil health management, organic farming practices, and sustainable agroforestry.
  5. To develop and market specialized formulations for perfumery crops and plantation forestry, including pre-induction nutrient blends and microbial inoculants for resin-bearing species.
  6. To engage in contract manufacturing, toll blending, and private labeling of organic and biofertilizer products for partner organizations and cooperatives.
  7. To promote environmental conservation and circular bioeconomy practices through the recycling of agricultural by-products and the reduction of carbon emissions in fertilizer production.
  8. To invest in, acquire, or enter into joint ventures or strategic partnerships with entities engaged in organic agriculture, biotechnology, agroforestry, or related industries that complement the company’s objectives.
  9. To own, lease, or operate research farms, demonstration plots, and training centers for testing, promotion, and capacity-building purposes.
  10. To exercise all powers necessary or incidental to the attainment of the foregoing purposes, provided such activities comply with existing environmental, agricultural, and corporate laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
